Giving a coder a nice wow account to set up 704.

I just got ahold of a 704 thats actually not matrix, or atleast its not 100% matrix. I need somebody who can set it up for me, you will be admin and I will give you a really really nice WoW account. please and thank you!!

Edit: I got it running, I just need somebody who can make me Owner, make it to wear only owners can spawn a custom item that I need created. I also need it set to wear only mods+ can spawn.
