Fuhzer pardon

I was banned due to this : Website Defacement - 123.236.254.60

but after that, i have apologized to the user and I have paid the user his compensation for the damages and the user does not have any problem towards me now, refer to this Regarding Fuhzer's Ban

I had posted a thread like 7 months ago for my unban and I was told to re appeal after 6 months so here it is, i'm sorry for what happened. it won't happen again

Given that this happened over 9 months ago, and the user has compensated said user. I'll support a pardon.
