Gif avatar?

It's probably been asked already but how exactly do I make my avatar into a animated gif? I tried uploading a gif, didn't work. Thanks.

Oh, nevermind then. I was going to say, try saving it for web and devices, but I have no idea if that would work still or not. :\

I've heard you need a mod with perms to upload it for you. But I could be wrong.

To Have a .Gif Avatar You need to Find a Picture With "Note: The maximum size of your custom image is 80 by 80 pixels or 19.5 KB (whichever is smaller)"
Which Means You need an Avatar That has No more then 19.5Kb.
