Not exactly that I look at it. He was explaining the terms of the agreement.

There is at least 1 picture of the Skype conversation that wasn't included at the very bottom.

Although I don't know why, I was getting PM's regarding this.

I'm not Staff and I don't know why I'm even interested in this.

Proof appears to be missing. However, let the Staff deal with it.

 

Lesson learned, a new comer failed to take precaution (Which never happens to anyone huh) and Fendle gets to stick around to continue preying on them. That's a great lesson.

 

The newcomer did take precaution though, he looked at Fendles vouches and thought this guy obviously must be legit, plus I'm more than positive Fendle would of shown the guy his PA feedback.

 

This poor kid contacted me when I was sleeping to try sell his phat....and this is what happened :\

EDIT: and he was talking to my impostor at the same time.

 

That's not the precaution I'm talking about. What I'm saying is chances are that the newcomer failed to take pictures of the in-game trade. I did that too when I was new. Looking at vouches means nothing.

I don't understand what you're claiming? That is fendle on the skype convo, correct?

 

This pretty much kills the theory and possibility that newcomer was looking to frame fendle.... Unless maybe he's on a hardcore ragefest to get trusted members of Sythe banned.

 

Waiting to see how this plays out.

 

Here's proof this is a attack towards fendle all thought some of the wording fendle uses is quit fishy, so it looks like fendle was attemping a scam but it back fireded.

Now I'll break it down for you fine people.


In picture 1 fendle says "Oh found you" Meaning he did ment the seller in game at this point"

Then the seller says "You junk trade me too? Or just give it to you"

Fendle then says "Um yea just a few bits of junk" - Meaning fendle is going to trade this guy some junk when the seller trades over the party hat.

In picture 2:

There's some key parts in this on how it played out, please not the time that it took fendle to respond.

Seller said - "Awsesome, trade me when you're ready" - Telling fendle to come trade the him"

Seller said - "Now I get PayPal" This is indacting the seller gave him the phat

Seller said "Ahh, don't disapper on me " - This is where fendle logged out after the trade as the seller saying this he means that fendle disappered in-game

Seller said: "So what happens now?" - This is the seller asking for the money

Fendle Says - "Will I trade confrim it's us then ill ship it over PP founds easy" - This is fendles cover up to get away with the scam, he tryed to make it vag so the seller would get this out of it: I'll send you a PM of sorts to confirm it's you I'm sending the money to, then I'll send the money over PP and cover the fees.


Picture 3 - there's not much going on here but there is one key part

The seller says - "You came right up to me and then I told you to trade me on the game, and I gave you the yellow"


Picture 4: You'll note the reporter scrolls up the chat to not show what fendle said after The line that the seller said about trading the party hat.

So! This is ovblisy a attack pointed at getting fendle banned as the seller went out of his way to do that with the 4th Image.

Well I think fendle scammed him but since there is no evidence of the yellow phat being traded he should get a TWC.
