Honestly this is enough to warrant a TwC, sorry Fendle but dude you can't stop responding during a trade like this and just brush it off your shoulders... It's suspicious...

 

I'm not even going to lie Fendle is smart, and it seems like there was a scam going on there.. but who knows.

 

Not one in game trade pic, fendle stated to confirm it was them, not confirm the trade.

No twc needed, just because it was possible, not warranted.

If someone report n4n0 with this same evidence, no one would think this held any water.

Dude, if you don't think that skype conversation is a typical sketchy trade practice than you're crazy. I would totally think the same if n4n0, or anyone else was on the hot seat. I honestly have never had anything but positive interaction with Fendle so this is actually a little irritating to me...

Again, I exclaim: You cannot just simply go inactive in the middle of a transaction, especially of that degree.

Well, from what I can see from the Skype conversation, the partyhat was traded. With the thread made by Fendle, he claims the partyhat was never traded.

That's his mistake.

Although some of the Skype conversation may be missing and/or a screenshot of trading the partyhat, the conversation is very incriminating. Also, a PayPal screenshot does not need to be included as Fendle claims the partyhat was never traded, so in turn, Ian Killed You was certainly not paid.

I would be interested to see more proof, but we'll see what comes from it.

he does say he "has some junk he can trade"

then instead of talking to the "scammed user" he posts a topic about him scamming ?

Yeah I'm curious to know how he "Found him". I mean, it sounds like they were alone. I'm pretty sure IKY would recognize the only other person by him.

This is what I'm saying by just looking at the Skype conversation.

In-game screenshots are not needed. PayPal screenshots are not needed.

Fendle basically confirmed it within the Skype conversation.

With the thread he made (shown above), he does two things:

One- Confirms that he WAS the one speaking to him on Skype.
Two- He stated the partyhat wasn't traded (lie) when he had just confirmed it on Skype.​

 

Hasn't he had a TwC before? If so, does anyone recall for what?
