Carnival Cruise

Going on a cruise for graduation (my 5th cruise) was just wondering about everyone's experiences with the cruise. Just turned 18 so I can finally gamble, my dad always leaves the cruise with a bunch of money so hopefully I can do the same Let me know if you have any funny weird experiences when you've been on!

 

I went on one when I was 13. I remember being extremely bored. I think I would appreciate it more now. The highlight of that cruise was gambling. My mom played and I told her what moves to make in video poker. We played for like 2 hours and we broke even exactly. If the odds are still the same you'll probably have a good time.

This. Never go into it thinking you're going to pull money from it, it always ends badly. Just have fun.

Odds on a cruise ship are actually worse than a casino because they know you have no where else to go. It's still fun though as you mentioned.

 

I went on a cruise in the summer like 11 years ago by the virgin islands. I layed down the whole time cause I had sea sickness. Never went on another boat again.

 

you must not be from america because gambling is 21+

the gambling age on carnival cruise is 18! and the places we go I can also drink at 18 but yeah I can't wait, I go on the 30th

Yeah boats aren't for everyone but I did the same, fell asleep in the sun and was totally red! haha

Very Very rarely will you ever find a gambler who has made money - and the ones who say they have do not admit there losses.

DO not get me wrong for entertainment is good - however the saying gambling is a tax on the poor is very true.
