hey i was woundering if someone could tell me what is the best food. im buying my food so what is the cheapest for per xp? example. cooked meat heals 3? and is worth say 30gp? it works out to me paying 10gp per hp it heals me. so i was just woundering if anyone had found it whats the best food for its price. thanks (this includes p2p)

 

Trouts pretty good. Like 30 gp ea. Heal 7.

 

For combat I usually use monkfish as it's near the same price as Lobster and heals +4 more than Lobster

If you just need junk food to heal after a barrows trip or something, use trout. ( As Luuke said, it's about 30-33 gp per and heals 7 )

Trouts and tuna, both are good but it depends on what you wanna use them for.
