we agreed on a price and sale. Had a middle man, waited 2 days to be paid. on the third day he canceled the payment. I wasnt going to report it, but he didnt care. So i did... price drop wasnt my fault we did a market deal. He claims bank issues but ive already done business with him in the past i knew it took 3 days to clear.

edit- never did i claim that he scammed, i knew the item was being held by the TTb. I was just upset i was counting on that money and when he canceled it, the way he did. It kept me from selling it for more earlier on. I could have had 2 days to dump it. Now i have to take a loss to sell it. Its been settled and taken care of.
