His accounts got locked, he already unlocked and spread the wealth.

He currently has 120B.

 

Proof? Jagex removed the wealth and permanently banned his accounts.

 

If he was smart, he had to trade to like 10 accounts

then those account each trade it to another 10 keep going till its impossible to find out lol.

 

He did create a lot of mules apparently, he said that only a few of them escaped ban. I think his biggest mistake was publicizing this. It's like robbing a bank and then marching right into down and bragging about it.

 

That news article is completely irrelevant. If you bother to read, the man being talked about got off with a warning and nothing more severe. It is also dated Monday, 30 November 2009 so it's quite old.

170B, 170M, 170k, OTher people get hacked, THey do not ban the user, They don't look into it, they don't fucking post on a forum on it. THe amount stolen has no difference. They do not do it for others, So IMO, Fuck the dumb bitch

 

So many problems with this whole Chessy situation.
First problem - If in fact he was able to recover her account he must have been a really close friend or known her IRL, it just doesn't make sense that he was some random guy who managed to recov it. Imagine the number of people who tried to recover zezima back in the day.
Second major problem - With a netvalue of 170B why the hell wouldn't chessy have a bank pin? It simply doesn't make sense why she wouldn't I doubt that he had the account for 3-7 days so he could cancel it.
IF by sheer luck he managed to recover the account there is no way he would know the bank pin.

TLDR: The whole "hacking" doesn't make sense in terms of the recovery theory.

 

Okay, after reading all the debates on this matter Chessy said a while back she was going to quit Runescape. So she left all of her wealth on one account, and the guy who (recovered) the account was going to distribute more than 30% of the wealth to his friend, and through drop parties. Im not promoting recovering/hacking accounts by no means, but Chessy seems to be the real thief by holding up all those items, and the hacker was going to give it away. :nuts:

In general hacked accounts vary from 100-500m, which is literary nothing compared to this guy, not even a percentage of this person's wealth.

 

He should have gave some legit bils away so perhaps Jagex would ban them too lol?

Allow me to clear a few things up here.

The guy RECOVERED the account by getting info on Chessy (Country, IP, creation dates etc)and using that to recover her account via the 'Forgotten password' link on runescape

He is called 'Sly' and he has a thread about this over of Aufzen + Quints forum about bug abuse.

He has NOT been arrested and it is highly unlikely he will be. I mean can you imagine him infront of a judge on the charge of taking somebodys santa hats off there runescape account..:laugh: He didn't phish or use a RAT so he won't get in trouble. It's Jagexs own damn fault for granting his appeal.

He waited the 3 days for the bank pin to be deleted manually. Chessy has been very inactive this is probably why he managed to recover her and remove her bank.

His accounts were banned, If he has some mules he traded mills to he will keep very quiet about them, and rightly so.

Don't feel sorry for Chessy she was a boring bitch who was always on her high horse, it's a good thing for the RS economy that amount of GP has been put back into circulation (Most of it will probably find it's way her to Sythe to be sold!)
