Whats this worth? HCIM with Skilling Pet

Hey, so i got a skilling pet on my new HCIM account and i'm wondering what it makes the account worth.

Not super crazy high stats, but it has had some work on it and i'm still planning on training it up overtime.. (super safe methods now lol)

I doubt id ever sell it unless maybe I died and lost my HC status, but i'm wondering how much more a pet makes an account worth?

Also if i die, Whats the price difference between a HCIM and a normal IM. Assuming they're the exact same stats and progress..

I'm not sure how big the market is for HCIM personally, but I've seen Ironmen with skilling pets go for about 2x-3x the price. It really comes down to the stats on an account, a pet will not make or break the price.
