Questions about PLAYERAUCTIONS

1. seller posts offer
2. buyer orders+send payment
3. playerguard secures payment
4.seller delivers to buyer
5.buyer confirm + seller confirm
6. playerguard disburses payment to seller

What if the buyer doesn't confirm, then what happens? Does the seller get the money or does it get stuck in PG treasury until you provide proof of delivery?

And if you need proof of delivery what is required? Do you need video footage? I'm assuming just screenshots doesn't cover everything.

Ex. Lets say im selling 100m. I deliver the full 100m but the buyer does not confirm that he received it. I can take screenshots of all the trade screens but he can claim that he only received a partial delivery and then just refuse to confirm. So do I lose my gp + lose my payment?

I'd screenshot + video everything, and yes PA will review your case and if the seller has proof they delivered (please remember these guys know what they're doing, this is not like PayPal.) The money will be send to the seller.

 

As Gracious said, as long as you can prove your behalf of the situation then YOU will be protected.
