Getting my Quest cape

I'm just 7 quests off the quest cape (314/324), and I will be botting the stats up to the necessary levels.

Quests to do: (in order as written)

Deadliest catch (Will start when I get back from school)
Do no Evil (70/74 thieving)
Blood Runs Deep (still need to kill a mithril dragon to get fremmy boots 3 rofl)
TokTz-Ket-Dill (ready)
Within the Light (ready)
A Clockwork syringe (74 smithing)
Tai Bwo Wannai Trio (last quest)

I'm in a hurry, so when I get back I'll tell you guys how I get the stat requirements and I'm hoping to get 74 thieving and Deadliest catch done tonight

Good luck! You should be able to do it You don't have the hardest ones left, so that's an advantage.
