Getting money off my paypal =0

Okay so I have a paypal right now registered under a fake name. Probably not the smartest thing I've done but my previous one got perm limited. I can't request a check and I can't hook up my bank account. Any ideas?

 

Why can't you hook up a bank account? I called them before when mine was limited and I had a fake name and even told the lady on the phone who told me I just needed to change the name.

my bank account is connected to the limited account so i cant use it lol
