Could someone answer a couple of questions for me#

I can a little with the PvP question, I think pures are honestly the best way to go, especially if you plan on botting and range/summoning tanks are beastly, but you can also make something such as a d claws pure, which usually does okay also.

1. Yes, powerbot.org is what you're looking for. If you want paid ones, rsbots.net is a good one (what I like)

2. That's a hard one.. lots of skills can be used. Hunter is probably the biggest right now because of bots, but Thieving and Mining (especially runite) can net you a lot of cash as well.

3. Pures are generally the weaker point in PKing at the moment, but they're a heckofalotta fun and easy to train. You see, the biggest goodie for pures that's been released recently are D Claws, but Zerks lots of things like that (see Korasi's Sword and Ancient Prayers).

 

List of bots off the top of my head:

www.rsbotting.com (Recently got hacked and had a virus in place of the bot client, I'm not sure if that is fixed yet, I would start another thread asking about that if you are interested in rsbotting.com) - A lot of other NeXus bots use these scripts, but just retail them and use different names. Relatively low ban rate for most of the bots there, the Autofighter is a favorite among many. Paid
www.powerbot.org - Most are free, 99% of the scripts are shit and have high chance of ban, but good for if you don't care if you get banned or if you will never be able to afford a bot.
www.rsbots.net - Uses the NeXus client and have pretty good scripts, low ban rate compared to most other sites. Paid
www.robotzindisguise.com - Hands down the best bots on the market. No one has ever been banned who followed the guidelines set forth on the site (https://www.robotzindisguise.com/Guidelines.htm) The bots however expensive compared to most other bots, and I would only use them if you are really paranoid about being banned. They do however have a Free Powerminer, which is still premium quality.

Best money making skill? I would have to say probably Hunter, because at really high levels you can make 1mil an hour doing Greenwalls.

PvP is sooooo messed up right now. I used to be an avid range pure until the wildy got taken away, and now it's ruining the economy because a lot of the drops, instead of being items of the person you killed, they are statuettes that when you redeem them, they turn into pure cash, which consequently pumps more and more raw GP into the game, causing rapid inflation, which is why so many prices are so messed up. Because of this and a lot of other bad updates to the game, having 100mil isn't even considered rich anymore.

Runecrafting, but it takes a long time and requires starting cash. Thieving, in my opinion, is a better option.
