Getting Disputed. Helppppp!

So yesterday I sold 123m to someone on our very own Sythe.org. Everything went well, and she went first. So after it was all done, I had about 135 USD in my PayPal. This morning I logged in to my account and both of the payments were held because this idiot tried to dispute it. Now my question is: What do I do? I don't want to loose 123 dollars, but I also know Paypal doesn't like it when you deal with virtual goods. I haven't written anything back to the open case yet.

Make a nice formal letter, and sent it to them. If it's okay u get a response within a few days. If u don't just call them. And tell them the story.

 

Well I heard that they'll refund the money to the sender if they hear about virtual goods.

You probably don't have a chance of winning the case, I'm afraid.

If you mention virtual goods, they will almost 100% of the time side with the buyer.

If you say you sent them an item, they will ask for the tracking ID and destination.

 

I say what i always say when i see that kind of thread - Ur money is gone and theres very small chances for you to win that dispute. My friend who used my verified paypal for his sells got change-backed twice in a row. First with 800$ then with 200$ and the second time the buyer wasn't even verified. Paypal suck, no point of using it for selling virtual goods since its almost impossible to provide proof of delivery.

 

I got chargebacked on a sale of 65M, and I provided extensive proof that the sale happened, including a video of the sale. He still won.
