If your a big time user of CMD (Command Prompt), i'm sure you've been in a situation where you've been locked out of CMD (See the image below.) My guide will teach you how to get around this lock, by simply writing in a few words into Notepad!
Step 1.
Open up a notepad document (Easy enough) then type in or copy and paste: @echo off
CMD
Step 2.
Next you'll need to save it, but where going to be saving this document a little differently. Click "Save" as usual, however save the File name as "Command Prompt.bat" or "CMD.bat" If you don't save it as a .BAT File, it will only open the .TXT document, not the Command Prompt screen.Step 3.
Go to the place where you saved the .BAT file, double click, and CMD should appear, this time, without the lock!CMD can do hundreds of things. Such as Pinging another computer, server or website, Shutting down another computer, or finding your I.P. Too see a full list of commands, and how to use them, check out ss64.com's full list of commands.http://ss64.com/nt/http://ss64.com/nt/http://ss64.com/nt/http://ss64.com/nt/

An alternative way is to do what AAMagneta has pointed out below.
Do all the same steps except for the "@echo" stuff just type "command.com" and save that as a .bat and run it.
