Getting a Strength Skill Cape for Obby Maulers... How?

Ok, I have wondered this for a long time and I guess it's about time to figure it out... How do Obby Maulers get Strength Skill Capes??? The person who sells the Strength Skill Cape is located in the Warriors guild, which requires Attack Level + Strength Level >= 130. Obby Maulers with 99 strength only have Attack Level + Strength Level of 100?

Obby Maulers don't have 30 attack, and I have seen ones with 1 att that get them

A lot of people like to make those pesky "rune pure maulers". Go in edge and you'll see noobs with rune but with a maul. They usually have 40 def and 90+ strength, but like 1 atk.

 

Its always been like that.

 

getting into the warrior guild is based on a combination of attack and strength not defence :nuts:

 

All you need is 99 strength though.

 

Once you're 99 Attack/Strength you can enter despite falling below 140.
