Getting a foot on the ladder

After having some bad luck with gold selling websites i was told to try Sythe and it looked pretty good, browsing through gold sellers i saw someone who appealed enough to rake the risk, so i made a post, messaged them through MSN, and was instantly shot down with "youre not trusted, youre clearly a ban evader"
all because i said i couldnt donate to the site due to lack of viable payment options for me ( i can pretty much only use paypal)

My feedback? more options to donate to try and prove im trustworthy enough to give away real money for dem pixels
Make it a little easier for someone new to get started buying gold on a regular basis

 

Everyone starts from somewhere, just go your course and you'll get trusted at some point. Just trade to highly trusted members like Video, Viou, FireZ, etc. If you really wanted to donate, we do have plenty of methods: http://sythe.org/donations/donate.html.

 

Wulf's right, you're more then likely not going to be able to sell gold here as a 'trusted' user for awhile, but if you're trying to buy gold, only deal with the 'trusted' members like Wulf's stated above, because their are people that'll try to steal your money, you just need to know how to pick em.
Once you've donated $5 or more, then you'll be able to have the option of donating through paypal, so I suggest if you considering donating, do it with so RSGP first, and then you can donate as much as you want through paypal.

 

The same applies for real life markets, very few people are willing to take risks with new ventures/buy products at smaller stores because they might get fucked over...If not right away, then it's always a possibility eventually. So how do you get around that? Don't view Sythe as your pop-in-once-then-leave source for cash. Get active, get involved in the community, get noticed and you'll see a difference. There are some VERY successful people on this site who started from where you're at now. It doesn't come easy overnight.

 

As the others have stated, don't give up. That is the best advice any of us can give you. People here are cautious, and for good reason, no one wants to be scammed out of their hard earned money. Just stick with it, keep posting, keep trying to find a seller, and always use an MM or OMM. The trust will come eventually, so keep working at it.
