    You've pretty much got it cracked:

    Fires to 54 then laws all the way to 99 using the balloon method.

    Yea :p :p :p cant wait for it to be honest, never had it ive had a main level 135 with the standard 99's but not rc :D

    Can't really do nats on a lvl 3 because you can't use the abyss and can't use graahks. Walking is very slow and is also dangerous for a lvl 3.

    You have to do laws or elementals.

    Laws are ~400k/hr

    Yea thats true, unless i get nature tabs from GOP (Great Orb Project) but i would be there for years.

    Some level 3's I've seen play GOP for a bit to get a bunch of those altar tabs.

    Of course it will take a while to get a bunch of points, but it's extremely good exp once you start the training, since the tabs tele you directly to the altar of whatever tab(s) you decide to get.


    P.S. I'm pretty sure you have to complete Mourning's End Part 2 to access the death altar, so if you don't do the above suggestion, go with laws or fires maybe. :)
