    Not ripping out of your body like some of the body builders.

    Then it took you VERY long. I've had 4 pack back in few years, took me around one and half month doing 10mins day :p

    Day 4 pic is UP. What about today: Im kinda really sick, thought I wont do workout today, but then I thought... NEVER BACK DOWN, lol. Okay, did not really full workout, but tried, I wont let you down guys who support me :). Trying to recover untill tomorrow to be in perfect shape.

    I will list them tomorrow, feeling really shitty today ;). By the way, im doing way longer now, than 10mins :D I had 4pack when I was like 15 or something, just needed them to pop out, cause there was like no body fat at all. Harder now, almost taking care of the beer stomach :D

    Do you do weights or just general exercise like running?

    Doesn't doing too much exercise have a reverse effect though?

    My cousin. I started doing mixed ab exercises, I've maintained with V exercise, where you you pass from being _._ to V :p if you get what I mean.

    No lol, I've had 6 pack for 4 months, but well, everyday I get them shaped a little more.

    Day 5 pic UP! There, tried my best today cause of failing abit yesterday :) Drinking my last 2 beers today with my dinner. Start my kinda ultimate diet + adding rope jumping and runs at the morning. :)

    /Proves not everyone on Sythe is morbidly obese..

    Anyway, good luck. It doesn't look like you need to edit what you eat considering what looks like a low BMI. Just focus on the actual exercises itself.

    If you don't mind me asking, what routine are you doing?

    Edit:
    Saw your rope jumping post. Jumping rope for 5 minutes is about the equivalent of running a mile when it comes to calorie burn.

    Currently trying to set my workout routine for every day, can't really tell at the moment. And my BMI is like 24.8 as far as I can remember. The only my problem is about beer, what Im into it, I can't really stop fast, that messes my figure ALOT when I start that. Currently stopping with it, would like to see some good results later :D And yeah, Im going to do rope jumping and running at morning once weather comes little more sunny :)

    idk what your guys' full workout routines are but im just gonna say that you should not just workout abs to get a six pack. should definitely implement a balanced, full-body routine. Not only does a full-body workout get you to a 6 pack faster, but also no one really cares when some skinny kid has abs....its just some other skinny kid with abs. A lot of people just think you naturally have abs because your so skinny and took no work. So IMO you should showcase your hardwork with your whole body. good luck guys.

    p.s. i may also do a log like this in the future as i have lost my body :(

    Good luck! To be honest, just take a picture every week. You got a good body for building muscle on.
