No. The Zombie rank can't be acquired through dressing up like the Mudkip Rank - and you never have been able to. The Zombie rank is given at an Administrators discretion, and occasionally as a prize.

EDIT: Though, the crabby rank CAN be obtained through the same method as the Mudkip rank.
