Four Lokos are the shit but you have to be careful with them. You don't realize how fucked up you are until its already done lol.

 

$13 doesn't give you much options, do some quick research to see what cheap beers have the highest alcohol content. Based on what ive seen 40's give you the most buzz and they are pretty cheap. You could always see how many Pabst Blue Ribbon's you could scrounge up with that $13, but they taste like absolute shit.

Well, it's probably too late, but... I'm not sure if they sell them in Canada, but if they do, you should for sure get some Four Loko's. Those things will FUCK YOU UP. No joke. If you get the good ones (now banned in Texas, maybe a few other places) that still have the caffeine in them, you will trip bawls, and be drunk. It's great.
