Explain the service: Paid 200M + supplies + bond money for a custom osrs account (Barrow gloves req's + Lunar reqs and the questing service)

Account: He did not complete the service and took got 40 quest points + 400 total level in 4 months.

I will be happy with a DNT until he refunds me 150M, I do not want the service to be finished anymore
and have changed the account password as of today.

If he does not repay within 1 week I would like him to permanently banned.

If there is any further proof that is required I will be happy to oblige.

This scam report should be taken down untill the end of october. He gave me time untill then so i see no point in this report being up.

Here you can see he gives me untill the end of october. if he changed the password how can i even finish it?

 

Also the ToS on my service is if the password is changed DURING the time i work on the account the service ends which is also stated in my rules, because the person is NOT allowed to play on the account while i'm training/questing it.

 

If these are the terms you are going by: [50$ DONOR] GerardBTW's Questing service, you've broken your own terms by suggesting someone else will play on the account, this was not agreed to before the service. Which he has every reason to be concerned.

@Rdj has been exceedingly patient with you over the past 4 months for this service and from the dialog we can see continual excuses.

You are to refund the incomplete portion of this service

 

He asked me if i could get someone else to finish it. NO one else touched the account but me. I have a broken hand right now and can't gold a mouse.

 

Unsurprisingly after escalating the Issue, Gerard has replied to me on Discord and is outraged with my demand of 150M and saying I have broken TOS by changing the password. (Even though I have turned a blind eye to every single delay/excuse he has made)

I am apparently also an extremely unreasonable person due to me not wanting to have a conversation with him now (I have real life obligations currently as of typing this) despite him ignoring me for weeks on end.

Just a few screenshots as I believe since Gerard will not be refunding me anything however I wish to give him 1 week as of today to do right by me.

Once again I'd like to make it clear. 1 Week to refund or I would like Gerard to be perm'd here.

Also @GerardBTW the reason I have changed my mind on asking someone else to do it is because when I did offer that he said it would be sorted by the end of that day. However I was ignored and left in the dark once again. So I think It makes sense why I'd prefer a % refund.

Lastly if we go by Gerards words from a while ago he would owe me about 2-3months of bond money anyway.

The refund amount can be negotiated, if you both cannot come to an agreement you can have the staff team review the service and discuss a price.

 

Also Once last thing would be even the owner of the Discord RS services that Gerard works for or is under. deems my % refund to be reasonable.

Gerard has made no effort whatsoever to contact me to settle a fair price, but he is happily preparing to recruit members for for his DMM Clan.
