I just wanna say that the staff as a whole is under appreciated, you all do an amazing job compared to when I was on staff a long ass time ago, but nobody seems to give a flying fuck. Everyone likes to shit on you guys whenever you fuck up, but never compliments you when you do a good job.

You are all great at what you do and keep your head up high.

Malakadang - Have only seen you do maybe 5 scam reports in the past 3 months, you've been really really inactive, you used to dominate RASC but i haven't seen you at all lately, please become active again

 

I agree with this, I've been active on Sythe for like 7 months and I didn't even know he existed until like 2 days ago...

 

I know I've been relatively inactive of late. Quite honestly, I have a month of schoolwork (as in, important tests, assignments, etc), and after that will be fast approaching the end of school, and the incredibly important external exams. After that, my activity will definitely increase. As for within the next 4 months, it should increase noticeably next month.

Despite all of this, I am doing stuff, just less than I use to.

Superman - Haven't seen you as active as usual, nonetheless always doing a good job.

sypherz - Seen you do some scam reports, don't see you much apart from that, but good job.

They be trippin - Don't really see you doing much.

Tmoe - Inactive, i never see you do anything.

Video - Great promotion, but your activity has dropped recently, im guessing it's with the low work load due to the amount of mods.

Zerkerfist - Great job as always, never cease to disappoint me with your work, you've helped me handle some pretty complex cases and your always operating with a professional manor, Best sectional by far

Blupig - Don't see you too much, but atleast your slightly community involved.

Clashfan - Your activity has kind of dropped in the past month, but i still see you around every so often.

Djweasel - Doing a great job as always, despite the fact your using your iphone you still get a great load done.

Giddy - Haven't seen you do anything.

Karl - Pretty active in the irc, but don't see you around much on Sythe.

n4n0 - See you around every so often, but not as active as you used to be.

SuF - Your kind of active in the Dispute forum and irc, but don't see you around on sythe much.

FireZ - Seen you pick up on activity again, Doing a great job in the RASC

Govind - Thanks for introducing the Restitution system, it's helped some good people come back to Sythe and im glad to say the system works.

Matthew - Great job on handling donations and perk requests as usual.

Nick - Don't see you do much lately, barely see you post on disputes lately.

Sythe - Thanks for keeping the site running, and letting Syed and Darkgroove back into the community.

Verts - Don't see you as community active as you were lately, hope you start becoming more involved.

The staff is keeping the site run very smoothly and fairly right now. My one request would be to see more proactive modding by sectionals, especially by market mods. A lot more market posts seem to be in the wrong section compared to a year ago and it would be great if market sectionals or globals would occasionally scan through the markets and take care of some of those proactively.

 

Firez and djweasel - both post on ban appeals, pardons and the new restitutions. Don't see many other staff bothered with them.

 

Malakadang - Very smart guy, haven't seen him post in a while though

MohtasaUnique - Only time I have seen him is in the spam forum, but I don't view a large portion of the forum either

Frenzy - Dont believe I have ever seen him.

Pockets - Haven't seen him do much lately

Quatakai - Does a fantastic job taking care of scam/spam reports

Shoop - Same as above, seems like a friendly guy

Superman - Haven't seen him post much, mostly only in spam forum

sypherz - Very nice guy, works hard as a mod, and takes care of alot of reports.

Video - Never seen him

Zerkerfist - Great guy, he is always kind and courteous from what I have seen. He takes care of a ton of reports, and just does a fantastic job for the site. He gets to the bottom of every scam report, should be a global.

Karl - Nice guy, he showed me a great website to learn how to code, and I am thankful for that

n4n0 - Does a shit ton for the site by the looks of it. Does a lot of scam reports.

SuF - Seems like a great guy, very nice and easy going. He also goes through a ton of reports

FireZ - From what I understand, he doesn't take shit from anyone. He lays down the law, and that is good. There needs to be one or two people like you around here.

 

Gratz to whoever it was that got all our posts back lost to the rollback.

 

I've been busy with work recently and have been preparing to travel across the country for a festival this Thursday as well as attending several social gatherings. Had a lot on my mind so Sythe hasn't really been my priority over the last week or so.

 

Concering Bootylove's dispute

I can't believe the moderators are actually considering unbanning him... The guy went out of his way to fake those proofs about billyy. We wasted heaps of time trying to determine if they were real, and even banned the poor kid at one point. On top of that he tried to bring down Daily as well (although to be honest, I'm a bit fuzzy on the details). Even without all the scamming/phishing he'd done elsewhere, why would you ever consider allowing him to come back...
