General Newbie Questions

Howdy,

I've made a new account and what I wish to do is provide a Colosseum service. To state the obvious, trust is subjective and I'd prefer not to try to acquire a donor status just to show that I have skin in the game.

I believe I need to start building up some vouches. I'm looking for a beaten path to follow.

Should I simply offer a few completely free services? I doubt someone will want to risk their gear on me, a newbie with no vouches. Granted the gear I'd require is probably less than 50m.

I'm assuming I have to/should use a OMM. Would these middlemen MM for something so cheap? I'm currently trying to penetrate the market by offering a quiver at very cheap prices, ~100m gold.

Any advice or guidance would be appreciated.

A friend of mine recommended that I try to work for someone. I'd be happy to listen to suggestions on where I could look into this. Should I just DM random people on Sythe?
Is there a forum thread for people looking for workers?
