GBP Buyer - Scammer [iPhone 4]

I was buying an iPhone 4 off of GBP Buyer.

We agreed to go 50/50. So I paid him half of the price, he would send and then I would send the other half.

However, I waited and waited and it never arrived. He made up excuses like he broke his leg so he couldn't get to the post office. So made his brother send it.

Then today, I confronted him and here are the screenshots of our chat.
