chat logs are not sufficient proof because they do not show the email address of the person you are talking to.
you need screenshots of the actual convo.

Than please provide this "proof" of yours showing you shipped the items. Because it was supposed to arrive a week ago, and you blocked me on MSN. If you have no tracking number to my address than there obvious is no proof that you shipped them.
