Guys for each component this guy listed could you guys give me recommendations to what to buy for example ATI 4850 graphics card(price) etc. I need a ruff idea of total cost your all claiming making a pc will be cheaper but if you add all the little things such as cooling fans... it builds up and for couple more hundred you can be on warranty.

need assistance only from those who know what their talking about.

 

ati 4850 are too outdated imo, get a hd5xxx series they have dx 11. also i7 are not worth it, I rather get an i5 and overclock it to i7 speeds.

 

I'm not sure if anyone has pointed this out yet, but that system has an 8800GT, which is quite old. Just buy some parts and put it together, it costs less in the long run.

Yeah I won't be buying the rig in the opening post. This person lied too much. Or he bought these parts a long time ago.
