Ill help if you need it.
Basically seat the RAM and CPU and fan on the Motherboard outside the case,
put it in the case, screw it all down.
Put in the HDD and screw it down.
Put in the PSU and screw it down.
Connect all the wires, which will look confusing but is quite easy.
In your motherboards box their should be a guide on what wire goes where, and take care when plugging in the F_Panel headers, as those need to be in specific places and it wont work right if it isn't.

    EDIT:

    Here is some more help-

Here is how to know how to seat the CPU, basically it will only fit in one way, and you can see the two notches cut out on the opposite sides for the alignment keys.

Here is the location of the FPanel headers, represented by JFP1 and JFP2-

Here is a few diagrams of the Fpanel headers and where to plug everything in at-

You should not have to plug anything into the JFP2 header.

The only thing going from the PSU directly to the Mobo will be the 24 pin connector, and an 8 pin connector. You should be able to identify both and where they go with ease.

There will also be a SATA cable going from your hard drive to your Mobo, and it should say on your Mobo where to plug it in at, if not look here-

Your going to want to plug your HDD into the one that says SATA1_2,
and your optical drive into any of the ones that say SATA3_4 or SATA5_6.

You will also need to run a cable from the PSU to each the HDD and the optical drive if you bought one with it.

Here is a picture of one of the cables that you will need to plug in from the PSU into the HDD-

That should cover most of it lol,
that should apply to most any motherboard, but I found the manual specifically for the one in your original post and used that, so I hope you bought that one lol.

Justin, I tried using this. I sat on my floor with all my parts and just looked at them, I'm going to need one of you guys to either walk me through it or a video. I looked for some on YouTube but they all were foreigners I couldn't understand.

I'm pretty sure Newegg themselves have a youtube channel, where they do reviews and guides on building a PC.

UPDATE: I managed to find it.

This video is about 45 mins but it should show you how to do most of the basic building.
