Game of Thrones Spin off (watch here)

Its called Westeros, i plan on watching but i was holding for the spin off to be in the past not future.

The trailer in that video seems fan made? I'm a huge GoT fan, but that trailer seemed a bit sketchy.

If it is a legit trailer for the upcoming spin off then I guess, I'm down for a present day spin off revolving Westeros. Seems like a pretty cool idea to bring the story more in the future rather than sticking to another medieval fantasy spin off. Though either one, I'll be fine with.

 

Well made, but it is obviously not official. From the looks of the other video in the channel it was made as a promo for another show. That said, it looks very well made, even the actors seem good. But if it were real, this premise pretty much takes everything of what made GOT Special and throws it away. Personally I wouldn't like a spin off like this.

It's a shame that a spinoff based on Robert's Rebellion has been ruled out officially, that would be more interesting to me.

They have actually confirmed a spin off of around Roberts rebellion for after season 8 finishes which will be exciting.

I'm not going to watch as I don't want to be disappointed haha. It would ruin the whole GoT experience for me if the series were poorly made.

 

I wouldn't at all classify Westworld as a Game of Thrones spinoff. It's also created by HBO, yes, but that's really it in terms of similarities. Netherless it's an amazing show with one of the best twists / 1st seasons I've seen. Can't wait for future seasons.
