    appears to be account sharing (on pbot) going by the
    Warning issued by Maruku November 26, 2012

    and scamming (powergp) going by the thread titled "scam report" but the main threads gone due to it being over 6 years ago, and none of the mods who dealt with the dispute seem to be active anymore.

    Not sure what the practice is when the offense is so long ago and evidence is no longer visible
