Quite interesting if you ask me.
TL;DR: He's interacting between 2 accounts for sure.
Another offence he has possibly made is claiming to be an "official owner" of an account while he is not.
To be sure we could ask for @PlankGang his response, but even without it it's questionable.

EDIT: Received proof from PlankGang that this is a different account.

 

Banned both for 2 weeks + TWC'd for self-bidding/interaction.
