So I have a thread: [Buying/Selling] Steam Accounts
galantis had pm'd me looking to sell their account.
My partner and I did a background check on the account he linked.
Here's what was found:

A thread of a user reporting him for a charge back via PayPal:Accepted - Report: 76561198090213472 - ([TF2] Team Fortress 2 Items) | SteamRep Forums

Rejected - Appeal: 76561198090213472 - (Soad / BANNED BY SR) | SteamRep Forums he was tagged as a scammer and later, an unreasonable amount of time later he tried to appeal.

I had asked if he was the original owner of the account in which he said yes, he did not inform me this account had been used to scam and I'm reporting this solely cause if someone is willing to scam and wait a long time and not disclose issues like that he may have future problems with scamming here. If this is a waste of your guy's time, my bad but I felt need to report it.

Please enlighten us on why you've charged back payments above.

 

i lost my wallet, in the same forum there are pictures of me gaving him back all the keys, he is still on my friendlist if u want to ask him something. The only reason why i didnt get clean on steamrep is because it was late and steamrep doesnt involve in RWC trades.

basically after the chargeback i lost my job, after a couple of weeks i got a job interview and i was pretty sure about getting the job, thats why i settle with the guy a date for the payment, then they didnt hired me, thats why the payment of the stuff take so long, i didnt have a job at that time.

 

I explained to him why it was removed. The PMs were sent out before he received his DNT rank. You can not send out PMs with a DNT rank, nor can you view any market sections.

You'll keep this precautionary DNT until this has been resolved off-site. You said you have the victim added still, so please ask them to help you get this resolved off-site. Have them post on there claiming all is resolved and we'll get your DNT removed on here. You will not be required to pardon, just PM me once this has been resolved.
