    Gah, need some help.

    Ok so, about three years ago I broke my wrist snowboarding. My wrist is fine now, it wasn't even a serious break; BUT! The muscle in my lower wrist where my cast was never grew back. So my right arm is weaker than my left. It's noticeable when I try to bench or do any strenuous activity that involved both my arms. I can tell the difference.

    I need some help on finding out how I can build the muscle back up.

    I've already tried:

    - Squeezing a stress ball.
    - Squeezing weight clamps.

    Also, don't suggest "masterbation" for 3 reasons.

    1. IF masturbation increased ANY muscles at all, it would be your forearm, not wrist.
    2. Even if it DID help my wrist, I'm left handed. Not much use to my right arm.
    3. I'll just report you for spamming.

    Help!

    Gah, need some help.

    Not sure if this will help, but it doesn't hurt to try.

    Get some dumbbells ( a few pounds or whatever is comfortable) and hold it in each hand. find a surface which you can place your arm on with your hand over the edge. Lift the dumbbells by moving your wrists up or down depending if your arm is supinated or pronated

    Yeah that actually might help. I'm going to try that when i get home.

    Well maybe if you don't work so hard on your left hand and work a bit harder on your right then it might balance out.
