    Future of Crypto

Hi. I’m new to investing in cryptocurrencies and have done a ton of research such as reddit, google searches, reading news articles, etc. There’s some news articles circulating that notable CEOs are predicting the market cap for crypto overall to go to 40 TRILLION. Source: www.ccn.com/40-trillion-cryptocurrency-market-cap-definitely-possible-pantera-capital-ceo/amp/

Overall, what is the future of crypto in your mind?
Will it moon again? Which currencies and why?

Personally, I just invested into waves and icon. Both seem like very promising projects with bright futures. Nothing is guranteed in this world, but IMO, crypto has huge potential to go up. Especially with nasdaq and other exchanges noting they are open to adding cryptocurrencies to their exchanges. Source: Nasdaq is open to becoming cryptocurrency exchange, CEO says

I’m interested to hear your guys thoughts on the future of the market. Is she gonna moon? 2018? 2020? Go to 0? Bcash is trash? Lemme know!

Btw, gl to everyone and their crypto investments! Hopefully we can all retire early!

Never heard of waves but ive heard icon referred to as a "korean ethereum" knock off.

I only hold 4-6 coins. Hopefully you understand you're gambling rather than investing. "investing in tech" argument holds little weight when the price is only held up by speculative interest.

$40 trillion is impossible unless the world banking system wants it.

As for price who fucking knows.

Yeah $40 Trillion is a bit much for now IMO.

I agree with the user above that investing in this space is more of a gamble than anything. Tech stocks seem to me to always be over priced, and I feel the same way about MOST crypto.

Doesn’t mean we won’t see a bull market ; I just think that there are some coins that are complete bullshit, do nothing unique, don’t bring anything useful to the space, and are a waste of time, money, and resources.

Even large cap coins like NEO struggle to make an actual use case since they only have like 25 smart contracts deployed. Dozens of coins past the top 10 are jokes and don’t teally know why people invested in them, other than as a speculative investment (which is totally okay, I mean, apple was a super speculative investment in its early days, so you never know).

Thanks for the insight. I’d love to hear from everyone else. I’ve read through all the crypto posts on sythe and there is a ton of knowledge here! Why not put it to good use? Btw, since I’ve invested in waves it’s up 12%. WoooHooo!

Take note that most bullish predictions are being publicized simply to make people bullish also. Think about it. If for instance you own 100BTC, of course you would spread good predictions for it so the price will rise, benefiting you tremendously

I am pretty bullish. I think that we may see a big recovery soon :)

I will be stacking up on BTC/LTC in the meantime.

Rekt. Calling $4700 bottom for btc. Everything was over priced. We’re just too early for mass adoption
