There aren't enough benefits to use it right now so I think it'll eventually crash and become useless unless there becomes a reason to use it for everyday things.

    Entirely disagreed.

For usual everyday things, there isn't much room for Bitcoin (yet) as cash payments do everything that Bitcoin allows to do, that much I can agree.

However, Bitcoin is essentially the online equivalent of cash. You hold it in your own wallet, you can give it anybody you wish to, both are semi-anonymous, transactions are instant, etc etc etc.

Bitcoin is an amazing payment method for any kind of online trading and could easily become a serious competitor to online payment processors like Paypal in the future.

    Uhm...

It has numerous benefits. Its decentralized, so no one government or bank has control over it. Its open source, so people can review the entire system and see that its secure and legitimate. Its not prone to inflation, caused by governments printing money. Its way more private than other online transactions. The fees are incredibly low. You don't have to worry about charge backs. And you don't have to dance through hoops you verify yourself, anyone can create a wallet.
