• Report/post/reason that got you banned: A member reported me for being unable to refund an order i was doing a very long time ago, due to being on holiday I couldn't get it refunded within the time requested, i was banned a while ago and assume not long been unbanned.
• Proof of contacting victims for repayment or repayment of victims: Now i am looking to refund the user if he is still active.
• Anything you weren't banned for but want to confess to now: No nothing at all, I had a very good reputation.
• Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you: It wasn't anything intentional or malicious, I genuinely was on holiday at the time of an order, and unable to refund within the time frame given. It was only small, around 20m or so, and going from bigger vouches etc, It can be understood that again it was not intentional.
• Did you fully read and follow this sticky thread in the pardon section?: yes ofcourse.

You are correct about that, as being banned on the other account, I was unaware of the timing on this account and let it go over my head, my apologies, again on that account I accumulated high rep/ no offences, I know it does not matter but Just trying to make you aware of no harm intended.

Regarding the second one of someone commenting about the same issue, I genuinely do not re call on that, skype logs also do not allow to me go as far back to check, If he created a thread and provided anything then I am more than willing to make that settlement, but as I said, I do not recall on anything else other than the first, as being on holiday.

 

You're forgetting the fact you were banned on @patmc for ban evasion.

But I am here now, and looking to settle the debt to continue what i have always done best.

No, There has never been any other accounts on my home IP, But I 90% of the time used my mobile data on sythe.

edit; contacted him and he will not be around for a week, am i able to pass it onto a mod/admin to hold for now? as i would prefer to get back into business ASAP.

No problem I’ll wait (it was the right person as he is already on my friends list and I’ve shown the screenshot with his name on it)., i didn’t “scam” anyone, it just seems to be labelled that way, Ofcourse a long overdue issue but it is the reason why I am settling it.

i have tried to ask @LeviZerk if he would confirm to yourself as he hasn’t been back on sythe since I repaid, he has been active again on skype since but unresponsive to myself.

 

I've bumped my post and messaged him on his profile aswell, let's be patient for now.

Although his previous messages before hand during the refund shows he’s being very spiteful, I don’t see any progress anytime soon on his side, that’s with contacting him after to make him aware of the confirmation.

This is just to make you aware so north myself and you are not waiting around for nothing, anymore info required can be given in regards to the refund.

@FUTchamps has provided me with proof of following up to get a confirmation from @LeviZerk but he's unresponsive therefore I'm taking this proof as sufficient enough.
