    Has the same vouch listed twice. If it was some1 older member np, but his purpose is to gain PC and vouches ASAP. Dat is done on purpose for sure.

    It's quite possible that he didn't do it on purpose considering I double posted the vouch on accident (which you brought to my attention via pm thanks), @Public when you're on remove one of the vouches from 8. or 9. on ur thread.
