Funny party room story

hi!

to all of you who ever drop-traded in party room, you probably know what im talking about- you put your item in the chest, and are about to pull the lever, untill some noob logs in / walks in- this is the worst case scenario for any droptrader, because it reduces your chance by 50% (seeing there's no such thing as hotzones)

it happened to me today, and i managed to beat the noob and get my precious item, while also taunting him a bit

here's the story-

i deposited my rune 2h, suddenly a lvl 6 walks in, i log out and log back in to my other account, (the one that's supposed to get the item) and i see the noob opening the chest, all excited about what he found.

i walk up, open the chest too and say "ooo...you got cash to pull?"
he repies that he doesnt have, i said i dont have either.

then he says he's gonna call his friend, who should be able to come in 5 minutes, in this point i panicked, because he could just wait there in the party hall, and i wouldnt be able to get my item! but then i came up with an idea

i told him that the item is supposed to vanish after around 2 minutes, and that he should quickly run to the bank and get somebody to give him 1k to pull the lever

......and he fell for it!

after he got out of sight, i pulled the lever myself (i had cash) and gotten my rune 2h, but then i decided, why not taunt him a little?

so i logged in to my other account, the one transferring the rune 2h's , and i equipped one.

then, i walked into the falador bank, and i see him begging for somebody to give him 1k.

so i walk in, and say "man, this is cool, i just got a rune 2h from the party room!"

his reaction was so funny it cannot be described by words- he ran up yo the party hall, saw all of the balloons on the floor, and started begging me to give him the rune 2h, it was hillarious.


so, if you ever get a noob (it wont work on party room trolls though) while droptrading, try this out, it may work, and it may make your day

i tried RWT in bh and in party room.. i putted 2 rune 2hs in chest then i saw like 10 people come in the room .. WTF ? i lost 2 2hs ftw=.=
anyway .. hard to RWT now.. FUcking jagex

 

yeah....you gotta go 1 rune 2h at a time, so it takes patience

Lol pretty funny, I looted a guys rune 2h when he was xfering once

 

Rofl I decided to risk xferring to go faster so I found a deserted world and put in a sara plate rofl, I got it because only like 1 person showed up, I told him (lvl 13) that he wont be able to pick it up because he doesn't have required level to wear it, a measure to prevent rwt rofl, he fell for it.

yea i did that once, i had rune pl8 inside and i told the nub to go get 1k and he walked to bank and pulled lever got it and logged out =p
