Well firstly your friend is a dumb ass. It isn't illegal at ALL to sell gold in Runescape. It goes against their ToS which as far as I know isn't an actual law, if it were I would have been in jail a long time ago. Second your friend is sad, scamming 45 dollars every 3 months, he says he works 2 "jobs", yet if he does why would he waste what precious time he has left scamming 45 dollars every 3 months.
