Funny Botting Story

So, I was botting ranged at rock crabs a few days ago. I was babysitting the bot for safety purposes, mainly when people talk to you, so I could respond back to them.

Anyway, someone says in the chat box "-insert my name here- way to auto, reported". I started talking to him telling him I didn't auto, etc. He insisted I did but I thoroughly denied it. I reported him as well for macroing - just for the hell of it, even though he clearly wasn't botting.

Now a few days later I look him up on high scores, and guess what? He didn't appear. He hadn't changed his name because I tried adding him in game. It only leaves one answer; he was banned.

I thought it was hysterical that someone was banned for what I can only presume was playing legit. And I get off the hook when I am the one cheating, after we both reported each other.

The lesson is... cheat to win.

 

Haha, nice. I only bot in Quick Chat worlds so I don't have to babysit it. Where did you get the Rock crab auth from?

 

Doesn't that make it obvious? Can't you just reply back using QC. Also when was this because you still appear on the highscores if your temp banned. Would be funny if he did get a perm ban hate noobs that say your botting and report.

If you're going to report me, then report me, don't make a big deal out of it. I wouldn't of falsely reported him had he not of annoyed the hell out of me. I think it is a permanent ban.

He was probably using the same bot you were and recognized your pattern of playing. He probably didn't report you

I always report people that I see botting. I just think it's funny because I'm botting too haha. Way to go though Farcast.
