Reasoning/explanation for sketchy behaviour leading to TWC: The reason I got a TWC is from my PayPal. I kind of had a problem with dicing and my PayPal wouldn't allow me to send money, however I continued to dice anyways.

Anything else you wish to say: I am trying to continue my business here on Sythe, however it is extremely hard with the "TWC" tag. I believe that I have served a long enough punishment and I am over my dumb dicing addiction (after losing $2.5K to dave >_< >_< )
