I already know Ricky is banned for something else but I thought I would go ahead and make a report in case he makes a dispute or is unbanned and just to put it out there.

After a while fighting over this account from being recovered and locked 3 times I have decided to file a report. I was suppose to file it about 2 months ago but since I was missing one extremely important evidence that I totally missed (the last login), I felt it wouldn't be enough for him to get banned so I decided to see where things would go from here and since he willingly recovered the account for me. There was also a scam report against him at that time. You will know more about it below.

Account Recovery Report
Giving my best shot.
Reporting Ricky for account recovery and not giving me the recovery info and everything needed to recovery it myself. If I had the info then I possibly wouldn't be making this report. However I do have a feeling that he is actually the one that recovered it and took 12m from the first time it got recovered. Don't care about the cash but the thing is of his trust.
One thing you should know about this account is it is a ONE letter login name. Just to clear things up.
Here is the following evidence and information I have. I have looked through all my Sythe files and Panic's folder so everything you see here is all I have.

Alright here is when it gets interesting. After having the account for a while I decided to start using it. I changed the display name from "I Love U Bar" to "Dypo" which is what should be currently as of now. It was one of my display names as well that I originally made. I started to transfer gold from another account to there, but after thinking I decided to transfer it back. I left around 15m on there just in case I needed it (Spent 3m on supplies which led to 12m left from what I remembered it was 12m)
I left the account hanging and didn't log in for a couple of weeks, maybe a few times might check whats up. Everything was great from month to month. Then one day on May 17th I tried to enter the password and it said it was locked. I double-checked and sure enough it didn't work saying the account was locked. Since the password was still not changed at this point someone attempted to recover it.
My biggest mistake was i never got the recovery info at first hand. I was very new to Sythe and Panic was at least my 2nd or 3rd trade. I really thought I would never have to recover it because I thought possibly it was Panic's account. So I didn't think to ask for the recovery info or a test.
First Contact/First Recovery:
So I went and decided to contact Panic the next day. Here is a screenshot from me contacting him on Sythe. (

We had some problems contacting eachother on MSN for a while and I also was busy in real life but we finally got it settled in June. Also the account wasn't locked anymore but instead someone had fully accessed it since the password said incorrect. I have a record of ALL accounts with all their info including their passwords and old passwords in a password protected file so I know what I entered was correct.

Here are two screenshots of that time. He was able to recover the account and give me the password. I logged in and first checked the IP. I copied it down onto a notepad and just immediately log in and forgetting to take a pic of it. x.x I saw that everything was ok except I was missing 12m. Everything else was left untouched. I did have a collection of needles that was tampered with but that doesn't matter.
We talked about the IP address. I realized that the IP I had was similar to when I bought the account in January from him. You can see he asked for the IP. I gave it too him and started talking about it. He immediately said he had to go saying it was late and just logged off like that.

Here is the pic I made the first time I ever logged into the account which was back in January 31st. It is very close to the IP I got. Sadly like I said I didn't make a pic which was like the biggest evidence I possibly needed to show you with your own eyes how similar the ip's were. Hope this would help confirm in some way since of course me just saying it won't be proof to you.

Ip Match
The key #1 piece of evidence was the last login when I got the account back the first time. It was his IP which matched his IP on Sythe and led me to believe it was him all along. If I had made a pic of that, he would have been banned a long time ago. I decided to pretend I didn't know about this and let it go as I did not want to let him believe I was on to him. What I did was copy the ip that I copied down to a notepad from the last login and went onto Sythe.
I saw FireZ was online so I asked him to do an IP check on the IP to see if this IP matched anyone on Sythe. He can confirm if he does remember but I have pics anyway with the PM.

FireZ replies back saying I should file a scam report on Panic. So with that concludes the IP did match what I got from the last login so was the last one online the account. Which was when the 12m or so I had left on the account was removed.
When this happened I wanted to file a report right away. I just knew that it was him but I realized that I wouldn't win because of that one screenshot of his last login. I didn't think at the time because I just logged straight in after copying the ip to a notepad to see what I was missing on my account. Since he did recover the account back for me, I decided to pretend I wasn't on to him and wait and see if he slips again. I also thought maybe I was being paranoid.

Decided that if he gave me the recovery info and make a recovery test I would forget all of this.

Says he bought it from someone on Sythe but I couldn't find that person, says the person who he bought it form was possibly recovering it. But he is able to recover it pretty much with ease.

Thats where I decided to report because pretty much I lost the account as of now and he did get banned only shortly after recovering the account for me.
Also asked on MSN yesterday and still no word. Don't know how come he shows up as offline to me as well.

Since Ricky is banned now I can't get a hold of him on here and on MSN he never appears online.
Hope this is enough evidence. Since he is banned I don't expect anything to be done. If he does come back I would like him to look at this and come to some conclusion. All he needs to do was give me the recovery info otherwise I would have never made this report. I actually did want to keep this account.
If this isn't enough evidence then I will be fine to say I at least tried. I'm sure there could be an explanation for all this but from what I have seen, something isn't right here.
If you need any more info just let me know. Also if you want the login and password info to prove its locked just ask. Its still locked as of August 19 2011.
