Full guide on avoiding paypal chargebacks and winning them

I was wondering if someone could link me to a full guide on avoiding chargebacks, step by step process when selling virtual gold(RSGP) when accepting Paypal.

But then again I don't believe there's any way to avoid chargebacks completely, except when you just avoid Paypal.

 

paypal kinda sucks:\ If im not mistaken they aren't even a bank which allows them to avoid a ton of taxes and basically do anything they want with your money.

 

Paypal is awesome, just probably not for virtual goods sellers
