Not sure how much worse this day can get.... Got to the terminal for my connecting flight from Frankfurt to Seattle, and I realized I left my iPad on the last plane.... Went to the lost item booth, and all they have is a phone that connects you to.. who fucking knows where, could be the asshole of a fucking chimpanzee for all I fucking care. Regardless of that fact, I stood there for 20 fucking minutes letting the phone ring off the hook, and there was no answer. Went back through customs/security, sat at the terminal for about another 15 minutes, then went back to the lost and found. Called them, and they said they'd look for it, and to call back in 10 minutes.

10 minutes passes, I call back. They found the iPad. Good news, right?

Wrong.


They tell me it would be 30+ minutes before they could get it to me. Problem is, my plane was scheduled to board 30 minutes after this had happened. So, they tell me to e-mail them to arrange to have it delivered to me. I did this. It's been 12 hours now, and I haven't been e-mailed back.

FUCK ME. This shit's stressing me the fuck out. Stuck in Seattle right now, waiting for my flight to San Diego, and all I can think about is how fucking careless I had been in order to leave a fucking iPad2 sitting on a fucking plane.

Aww that sucks! I really wouldn't know what to expect if I was you. I always pack up my stuff before the plane lands and then look under the seats in case I forgot anything.

Sucks to be you. Just be patient. They might just email back. Give it at least 24-48hrs. Keep us updated and once again, sorry for this happening to you.

Well as of right now, it's midnight in Germany, so the office is closed that handles the lost and found. I'm just a little irritated that they hadn't replied to my email yet. Hopefully I hear something tomorrow.....

Ironically enough, I actually have angry birds on my iPad.... Although now days... who doesn't.
