I know atleast two people with 3-5k boots before update, didnt have a clue.

I like how he said I have seen one with 1.8K boots like he's been on every single runescape account, it made me laugh. A lot of people used bots to run and when c boots fell to 200gp they waited for them to gain to 1k again and guess what they went to 75k and they won the game
