For my home setup, I run CentOS 6 with Xen HVM virtualization, and inside a Xen VPS I run Debian with another Xen Kernel, then inside the Xen Kernel I run another VPS on which I run Fedora with VMWare, and inside a VM, I run Windows 7, which is what I use for regular usage.
