nothng can really give an excuse for stabbing another person, espeailly after theyve gone and driven you home all be it for a fare for the service but its either be miles from home or have a nice warm car take you thier.

another thing to add , using a weapon to win a fight against an unarmed person just proves how pathetic an individual they are.

 

To stab a man in the hand and have reason to kill him and tell him to go back to his country is enough to be sent away for a long time but to have charges dropped....America is wrong, and i live in it

 

Well I thought this video was going to be about some banking scam or some shit.. The guy should be entirely stripped of his wealth, just for that. Good punishment in my opinion.

 

This is stupid. Considering the shit taxi drivers put up with, a knife for protection is something that is common. This banker should be prosecuted either way.

Obviously what he did was wrong but why did the cabbie refuse to cooperate?

In no way am I saying that the cabbie is responsible for the attack but he is somewhat responsible for the outcome.

This. Something seems fishy to be honest, the guy held the knife used to stab him for five months without letting the authorities know? It doesn't add up.

 

Bankers are getting away with a lot in today's world. No one said it would be fair, that's just the way it is.. But on a more serious note he should be sentenced to some degree. You can stab someone and simply say...sry
