Bought a used corsair TX650 powersupply, of course I put it in, hear popping and my computer shuts off. I'm not even sure if my parts were fried or not.

they'll be alright, my psu did that a few months back
look into the back and see if you see an gunk like melted plastic etc, the fan on mine stopped, and it melted the connector wires, and it started arcing/shooting sparks when i turned it on.
just send it back.
