    Fuck, I've got problems.

Ok, I'm like having troubles with school because I always oversleep!
I miss about the 2 first lessons each day and like 1 times a week I miss the whole day.
I simply can't get up in the morning. Sometimes I don't even remember getting out of bed to turn of the alarm on the alarm clock.
As you may know I live by my own so no one can wake me up in the morning.

My parents are mad as hell and I dunno what to do. Fuck...

    Fuck, I've got problems.

^How is that answering his question?? He stated that he uses an alarm clock already..

    Cheeter:
    You need to condition yourself..

First- try hiding the alarm clock a good distance from your bed, in the time it takes to find the alarm you may regain consciousness.
You may also want to try something drastic such as taping an alarm to the ceiling, the effort used to switch it off should be enough to warm up your brain.

Have you tried setting multiple alarms?
Try using 2-3 alarms, setting the wake-up times 1-2 minutes apart, place them in different corners of the room. The confusion and timing will hopefully irritate you enough to persuade you from your bed.

    Hope this helps. :)

    Fuck, I've got problems.

Loved the last idea :) And the one abouttaping it to the ceiling. That'd just be plain annoying

You can buy really awesome alarm clocks that do some funky things to wake you up. For example, one has a little plastic 'puzzle' on the top, and when the alarm goes off it shoots the pieces all over the room. It doesn't turn off until all the peices are back in. I also heard about this bug shaped one that flew around the room until you caught it, I don't know if thats real or not though, it'd be pretty cool if it was

    Fuck, I've got problems.

I honestly used to have this same EXACT problem.
I started setting multiple alarms all around my room, setting them all as loud as they would go. I'd also go to bed earlier, like around midnight...
It worked, but every once in a while I still fuck it up and wake up late. =(

    Fuck, I've got problems.

It could also be chronic sleep deprivation or a mild form of narcolepsy.
If these simple suggestions have no effect- you should probably consult a doctor. (..and get drugs O.O)

    Fuck, I've got problems.

Teddy, read the whole post before you post.

    1. Go to bed earlier

    2. Set multiple alarms

    3. Drink alot of water before you go to bed, so when you wake you have to pee and can't get back to sleep

    4. Put the alarms in hard to get places (others ideas)

    5. Get really annoying alarms

    6. Get an alarm that you can leave on, i.e. radio alaarm, you wont be forced to turn it off and you can leave it on as you wake up.

Train a dog to jump on your bed at 6 each morning ... or perhaps get a colly so you don't have to. Lol.

    Discipline, pl0x?

    Fuck, I've got problems.

I feel your pain I started to do good in school on work and sometimes on tests:) I woke up late sometimes and its hard. I would advise telling your parents to wake you up an hour before school so you have time to do your own things.

Yeah I had the same problem last week aswell. I never remembered turning off my alarm. I decided to go to bed a half an hour earlier and it worked :D.

    Fuck, I've got problems.

There are a few ways to avoid this:

    1) Open the blinds, close the window.
Pretty obvious: sunlight is a great way to wake up. Don't leave windows open though; if it's cold, there's no way in hell you'll get out of bed.

    2) Tie yourself to the bed :p
Sounds strange, but the time it takes to undo the knot (and the awareness required for the task) will usually ensure you're awake before you can get to the alarm to shut the alarm off.

    3) Duct tape fixes everything.
Tape up the alarm clock, so you can't simply press the "off" button. Same idea: the time and thought to remove the tape gives you a chance to wake up.

Obviously, these are really only necessary if oversleeping is really a problem. There are actualy clocks designed in a similar way: I've heard of one on a string that goes off and raises higher each time you try to turn it off, until it's out of reach; another that pops out a 4-piece puzzle, and will only shut up when you reassemble it.
